MPM™ Implementation and Training
Our staff has been involved with MPM from its inception 16 years ago and has trained thousands of users. Our MPM training materials cover all facets of the latest version, MPM 2.2, in 3 days. We offer MPM training at all levels from the infrequent user to the system administrator. We are the only independent providers for MPM support and formal training. We also have extensive experience integrating MPM and Microsoft Project in your EVMS environment.
Microsoft Project Implementation and Training
Our resources include expert level Microsoft Project trainers and consultants. Whether you are building new project schedules or migrating from other applications, we can get you up and running quickly and economically.
Publishing Services for Interactive Courseware
Don’t tie up your in-house talent conducting the same courses over and over. The CBT Workshop can affordably convert your in-house materials into state-of-the-art computer based courseware, complete with audio, video, graphics, and more. Best of all, your company or organization will OWN (not license) the final CBT courseware. Implementation platforms include: CD ROM, PC Server, Intranet, and Internet.
Our four phase development process can usually be completed in less than 90 days.
- Pre-publishing activities. Planning meetings, collect courseware content.
- Publishing Phase 1. Port content to CBT medium, finalize outline, screen count, etc.
- Publishing Phase 2. Apply interactive functionality, develop audio and/or video content.
- Final Phase. Quality assurance, review meeting, final updates.
EVMS Staff Augmentation
Our EVMS Resource division has become one of the largest sources of highly skilled EVMS personnel throughout the United States. If you have a resource shortage, temporary role that needs filled, or to backfill an existing role, let our EVMS resource division fill the gap. The CBT Workshop now offers interactive web based testing (with grading and certification). This inexpensive but valuable service can be implemented for CBT Workshop courseware, or in conjunction with your in-house training projects.

Instructor-Led Fast Paced Seminars
Our staff has extensive classroom training experience, having taught over 200 program management classes. All our computer based courses are also offered in a standard classroom environment as needed. Many of our instructors are also authors of the CBT version of our courses. Using a combination of state of the art, narrated computer based lessons, followed by comprehensive exercises with a seasoned instructor, we provide a thorough understanding of any of our computer based courses on a fast-track one day schedule.
