What's a Virtual Instructor?
The CBT Workshop strives to offer courseware which has been authored by experts in their associated disciplines. To keep pace with our expanding library of courseware products, we are seeking qualified individuals to assist in the authoring of new courseware. Our "Virtual Instructor" program allows a subject matter expert to participate in the authoring of new training material. In return for their expertise, the virtual instructor will earn a significant royalty (a percentage) of each sale. Since individuals may participate in their spare time, it's easy for any "subject matter expert" to join our team. If you have an interest in becoming a "Virtual Instructor", simply send us an e-mail message with a short description of the course, and an outline to info-post@cbtworkshop.com Include your name and telephone number. All correspondance will be kept in strict confidence.

Virtual Instructor's Responsibilities

  • Discuss your courseware ideas with our Senior Partners.
  • Submit an outline for the proposed courseware product.
  • Negotiate royalty terms for approved courseware.
  • Prepare and submit "original, uncopyrighted" slides of the training material.
  • Assist in the quality assurance process, as necessary.

The CBT Workshop Responsibilities

  • Convert the training materials into interactive courseware.
  • Incorporate audio narration, and other multimedia as appropriate.
  • Provide sales and marketing services.
  • Distribute royalty compensation monthly, based on terms.

The CBT Workshop does not accept any copyrighted or proprietary material. We only use original material from our Virtual Instructors and require that each instructor certify that the material is not copyrighted or proprietary.

Equal Employment Opportunity
CBT Workshop is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria. This policy is administered in accordance with federal laws (including but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Age Discrimination in the Employment Act of 1967, as amended, Equal Pay Act of 1963, as amended, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended) and all other applicable state or local law prohibiting discriminatory acts.
